Consulting Services
Budgeting Session
One consulting session we will sit down with you, refer you to many
qualified professionals in your area, and show you how to achieve an
elegant wedding within your budget.
Location of Ceremony Site
We research based on your specifications to locate the ideal site(s) to match your vision, style, personality, and budget.
Vendor Procurement/Vendor Management
Based on your specifications,
we provide you with three(3) vendors in up to five(5) categories for
you to interview. These vendors have been used previously by
Plan It For Me! and have been determined to be reputable,
cost-friendly, and providing the best customer service. The
categories include: photography, caterer/venue, florist,
baker, videographer, and transportation.
Location of Reception/Special Event Site
We research based on your specifications to locate the ideal site(s) to match your vision, style, personality, and budget.
Rehearsal/Ceremony Only Coordination
Rehearsal supervision and direction of the ceremony only.
Ceremony site decorations, pin flowers, coordinate music arrangements
with the ceremony musicians and work out ceremony details with your
officiant. Hand out wedding programs and watch the guest book. Support
you with any forgotten or emergency details, such as extra bobby pins,
short term dress fix, forgotten ring bearer pillow or flowers falling
out of bouquets.
We always provide general moral support to keep you
calm, help form the processional line by locating family members and
the wedding party. Cue the processional music and ceremony
commencement, gather up all items, flowers, pew bows, and other
decoration used after the ceremony and pack them for you.
Reception Set-up/Special Event Decoration
Set up and decorate for reception. Decorate your reception site with
your decorations according to your specifications. Oversee that your
reception tables are set according to your plans and that the
facilities are clean. Set up the following items:
- Guest Book and Gift Table.
- Favor placement.
- Centerpiece Placement.
- Set up and Decorating of the Cake table.
- Small rentals (arch, mailbox, ficus trees).
- Placement of reserved cards and name cards on table.
Reception Only/Special Event Coordination
Our experienced staff will assist in managing the Reception only. This package includesL Reception Set
-Up/Decorations, Guest management. Reserve and
assign seating. Monitor your guest book and gift
table until the guest book attendant arrives.
Coordination of efforts with other vendors that are present at the
reception.
Bridal Party introductions upon entrance to the
reception. We will work with caterer to make sure enough
food is being served and those guests with special dietary needs are
being accommodated. We supervise the reception
events, such as showing you how to cut the cake, throw the
garter/bouquet and ease you into the dancing so that each event flows
smoothly. We make sure all of the vendors and bridal party adhere to scheduling as time permits; we
come to you, and alert you to up coming events so that you can relax
and enjoy your event.
General Consultation
If you find that you just need some professional advice and
recommendations, we can assist you in planning your wedding on a
consulting basis. We research your needs
based on your specifications to locate the ideal site(s) that will
match your vision, style, personally, and budget.
We meet with you to help and help with your
planning. We can also put together an
“Event Management Plan” so that you can follow the
details through the day without further help from Plan It For Me!
Additional Coordinators or Consultants (per
consultant, per day)
Our Full Service, Day of the Wedding, Rehearsal/Ceremony and Reception
Coordination or Special Event allows for one primary coordinator and
one assistant to attend your event.
However, sometimes weddings can involve many different
events and it may be necessary or you may want us to bring an extra
pair of hands. Any wedding over 200 guests will require the
use of one additional consultant per 50 people.
- One consultant + one assistant - up to 200 guests
- One consultant + two assistants - 201 - 250 guests
- One consultant + three assistants - 251 - 300
guests
- One consultant + four assistants - 301 - 400
guests
