For All Wedding Management and Production Packages:
* At least one coordinator and one assistant will be present for every wedding with 100-199 guests.
* At least one coordinator and two assistants will be present for every wedding with 200-299 guests.
(Additional $100 fee will be incurred.)
* At least one coordinator and three assistants will be present for every wedding with 300 guests or more.
(Additional $200 fee will be incurred.)
* All weddings with more than 350 guests will require custom packages and pricing.

An additional fee of $200 will be added to any wedding/event on a holiday or holiday weekend. (New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas.)

Each package is divided into equal payments with the non-refundable deposit due at the signing of the contract, the final payment due 30 days prior to the event and remaining payments are equally distributed in between these two dates. The first payment is a non-refundable retainer fee. Checks are payable to "Plan It For Me! Weddings and Events". A $50.00 late fee is applied to all past due invoices. Packages subject to applicable taxes. Credit card payments will incur an additional 3% fee.
